Erforderliche Voraussetzungen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Informationstechnologie und/ oder Naturwissenschaften, z.B. Toxikologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, chemisch-technische Fachrichtungen
- Als Informatiker (m/w/d) Erfahrung im Bereich Produktsicherheit, chemischer Regulatorik
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse; mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in SAP (vorzugsweise dem SAP EHS-Modul)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Exciting opportunities await you – in this role, you will support ELANTAS4, our active SAP S/4HANA rollout project, and serve as a central point of contact for daily project operations, closely collaborating with various teams across different time zones. After rollout, you will gradually take over the coordination and organization of our ELANTAS IT project portfolio. Your tasks in detail:
- Project coordination and planning: Maintaining and monitoring the overall project plan, coordinating milestones, resources, and dependencies, and supporting sprint and release planning
- Reporting and documentation: Documenting project status and progress, managing trackers for different projects and phases, and preparing presentations
- Issue and risk management: Collecting, tracking, and following up on issues and risks as well as handling escalation processes with stakeholders
- Stakeholder communication: Liasing between project teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders, facilitating meetings and workshops, and ensuring effective communication across time zones
- Team coordination and collaboration: Supporting daily project operations, fostering cross-team collaboration, and coordinating resources across departments
