About the Role
We are looking for a structured and business-driven Product & Pipeline Manager to strengthen our B2B Display business in Germany and across Europe.
This role sits at the heart of commercial execution — connecting sales pipeline transparency, product lifecycle management, and go‑to‑market coordination.
You will play a key role in ensuring reliable forecasting, supporting product launches, and enabling data-driven business decisions in close alignment with regional teams and global HQ.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with real business impact and clear development potential into broader Product Strategy, Business Operations, or Product Management positions.
What You'll Do
1. Pipeline & Forecast Management (Primary Focus)
Own and maintain CRM-based (SFDC) pipeline dashboards
Ensure weekly pipeline accuracy (sell-in / sell-out / project stage)
Coordinate closely with sales teams to maintain high data quality
Provide structured pipeline insights and reporting to management
Identify pipeline risks, reporting gaps, and inconsistencies early
Support forecast discussions with data-driven analysis
2. Product Lifecycle & Execution Support
Support product lifecycle activities (launches, positioning, updates, phase-outs)
Prepare internal product documentation and competitive analyses
Collect and structure field feedback and customer insights
Support HQ product teams with regional requirements
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
3. Go-to-Market & Pricing Coordination
Support regional product launch planning and internal communication
Assist in quarterly price list preparation aligned with PRM rules
Support project-based quotations with margin awareness
Track pricing impact and sales program performance
4. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
Prepare regular and ad-hoc business reports (pipeline, pricing impact, product performance)
Support sales program budget tracking and settlement timelines
Act as coordination interface between Sales, SCM, Marketing, Finance, and HQ
Organize internal meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
What You Must Have
3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
Experience in B2B technology, hardware, or solution-based environments is an advantage
Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) and data-driven processes
Strong analytical and structured working style
Detail-oriented with a high level of ownership
Comfortable working in data-heavy and cross-functional environments
Clear communicator in international settings
Business-oriented thinking with execution focus
Fluent English (business level) required
