We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support day-to-day infrastructure operations.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and underlying technical problems.
- Perform lifecycle management activities, including patching and upgrades.
- Support service continuity, availability, and resilience initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple platforms.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant infrastructure support experience.
- Proven background working within enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
- Experience supporting business-critical production services with high availability requirements.
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
- Understanding of enterprise storage concepts and technologies.
- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based operational environments and best practices.
Miscellaneous:
- C1/C2 English is required.
