Incoming Inspection: You perform incoming goods inspections based on inspection plans and technical drawings to ensure all materials meet quality requirements.
First Article Inspection (FAI): You plan and execute First Article Inspections and meticulously document the results.
Measurement & Programming: You operate and program measurement and testing equipment, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), optical measuring systems, or manual gauges.
Analysis & Documentation: You evaluate measurement results, analyze them, and systematically document your findings.
Reporting: You create and maintain inspection reports, plans, and protocols to ensure transparent traceability.
Problem Solving: You support root cause analysis for quality deviations and assist in implementing corrective and improvement measures.
Collaboration: You work closely with production, R&D, and suppliers to achieve optimal solutions.
Compliance: You ensure that all quality standards, norms, and internal guidelines are strictly followed.
Education: You have completed technical vocational training, for example, as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or in a comparable field.
Experience: You possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in metrology and quality assurance.
Expertise: You have completed further training as a Metrology Technician and have a strong command of reading technical drawings and understanding tolerances (GD&T).
Methodology: You are experienced in First Article Inspections and common quality management methods.
Software & Tools: You are proficient in using measuring equipment and are familiar with CMM software such as Zeiss CALYPSO, Hexagon PC-DMIS, or Renishaw MODUS. Ideally, you have completed AUKOM metrology certification.
Soft Skills: You work in a structured, diligent, and quality-conscious manner.
Communication: You possess good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
