We are looking for a reliable full-time employee to join our food truck team serving Tex-Mex / American-style food on U.S. military bases in the Stuttgart area.
We are a small, hands-on food truck business with a straightforward menu, busy lunch service, and a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and friendly customer service.

Main Duties
You will help with daily food truck operations, including:
Preparing and serving tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and other menu items
Working during lunch rushes in a fast-paced environment
Keeping the food truck clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Assisting with setup, breakdown, restocking, and basic prep work
Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
Providing friendly service to military and civilian customers
Requirements
Applicants must:
Speak English well enough to work with customers and the team
Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Be comfortable working in a small food truck environment
Be able to handle busy service periods calmly and efficiently
Have a clean and professional attitude toward food safety and hygiene
Be willing to undergo a local police background check
Be willing and able to complete the required military base security screening process
Experience in food service is helpful, but the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important.
Important
Because our work takes place on U.S. military installations, employment is only possible if the applicant successfully completes the required local police check and military security/background screening. This process can take time and must be completed before regular work on base is possible.
