Sichuan Food B.V. is a renowned Chinese restaurant in Amsterdam, specializing in authentic Sichuan dishes. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an Independent working cook I.
Job Description
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to our restaurant's quality standards.
Duties
- ingredients are prepared independently
- application of basic cooking techniques
- provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s). Job Requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement
