About the team and the role:
The B2C Seller CRM team is a critical part of Global CRM, focused on driving engagement and growth for our Business Sellers on eBay.
As the Marketing Manager B2C CRM, you will own strategy and execution for a specific part of the B2C CRM programs portfolio, primarily leveraging owned CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, onsite, etc.). You will pioneer new B2C Seller communications, shaping message, audience, channel, and contact strategies, and you will play a key role in defining and executing CRM strategy for seller-focused initiatives.
What you will accomplish:
Design and implement the strategy for a portfolio of B2C CRM communications with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas
Plan, build and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to drive continuous improvement
Develop strong plans and forecasts against those, in order to hit the defined goals for your area
Build and execute a test-and-learn roadmap that includes new seller marketing channels, new messages and creative, and AI-generated variants; use customer insights to tailor communications and maximize impact
Partner with global cross-functional teams: Creative, Analytics, Operations, Product Marketing, Business Units, Product, Legal
Manage timelines and stakeholders to ensure seamless, on-time execution
What you will bring:
Customer-centric and hands-on individual, with demonstrated ability to manage performance against established KPIs
You will bring in CRM expertise, with experience operating at global scale
Proven track record leading triggered end-to-end CRM programs—from concept to launch to optimization and measurement
You will be numbers driven, results oriented, and be able to balance qualitative and quantitative measures of success
Hands-on proficiency with AI marketing tools and workflows (e.g., AI copy and creative generation, AI personalization)
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions and geographies
You will be a strong team player and enjoy both individual and team work
You will be comfortable working across multiple time-zones, with high degree of flexibility and trust to ensure the right work-life balance
