Definition and interpretation of a wide range of production technologies in battery manufacturing
Leading the industrialization teams internal and external
Managing internal and external capacities in terms of deadlines, costs and delivery reliability
Responsibility for the overall schedule, costs and quality for industrialization projects
Customer Communication in Terms of Timeline, Quality and Output for Battery Production
This is what you bring to us:
Several years of professional experience in battery production line design, setup and ramp-up
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent Technical understanding of Manufacturing Equipment in Battery Production Lines
Deep understanding of Battery manufacturing Processes
High empathy, conflict resolution and leadership skills
