To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer eager to contribute to innovative food processing solutions.
As an Electrical Engineer , you will be part of the Electrical Department, focusing on the design and documentation of control systems for our food processing equipment. - Work primarily on-site in Bad Iburg, collaborating in a close-knit, multicultural team
This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented electrical designer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is motivated to learn and grow within a diverse and supportive team.
- A completed qualification as a state-certified technician or a degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics, ideally combined with prior vocational training in electrical engineering
- Experience in electrical design and control cabinet engineering, or alternatively knowledge of process installations or custom machine building
- Solid experience with EPLAN P8 or similar electrical CAD tools for creating schematics and documentation
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, documentation standards, and cabinet design principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ideally experience working with an ERP system (e.g., NAV)
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work primarily on-site in Bad Iburg, and travel internationally when required
- A team-oriented mindset, contributing positively to a collaborative, diverse, and multicultural environment
- Motivation to learn and grow, building knowledge of a large and complex installed machine base
We encourage each of our 12,500+ employees to bring their unique self to work and aim to make everyone feel recognized, valued and free to explore their potential. We’re committed to creating an inclusive culture and welcoming new colleagues from all walks of life.
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC Unified
- Knowledge of PLC programming (Structured Control Language - SCL) and troubleshooting
- Experience in machine safety and standards (e.g., DIN EN ISO 13849)
- Exposure to technical sales support, including scoping and budgeting
- High proficiency in German and basic knowledge of English
