We're a fast-growing, seed-stage voice AI company building the future of automated customer call operations for B2C businesses. We're looking for our first sales hire — a Founding BDR who will own pipeline development, shape our go-to-market playbook, and lay the foundation for a scalable sales engine. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-demand product with strong early traction.
Generate qualified pipeline with the goal of helping 10x revenue over the next year.
Identify the right prospects and engage them through targeted, thoughtful outreach.
Drive multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Manage pipeline and maintain CRM tooling to ensure clean, accurate data.
Shape the GTM motion — build a repeatable sales process and continuously refine outreach strategies.
Required:
Proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role — early-stage startup experience is a strong plus.
Track record of building GTM motions and repeatable sales processes from scratch.
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified pipeline and contribute meaningfully to revenue growth.
Proficiency with multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) and CRM tools.
Strong business acumen — ability to understand and articulate the needs of different companies and industries.
Fluency in both English and German.

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually
