We’re looking for a Project HSE Trainer for an immediate start near Düsseldorf, to support the development of a strong HSE culture across the project team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering internal HSE trainings, ensuring workforce awareness, and supporting compliance with safety standards and project procedures.
The role requires daily presence on site.
Responsibilities

Deliver internal HSE awareness trainings, including onboarding sessions for newly hired personnel.

Conduct all training activities in line with applicable legislation and internal procedures.

Maintain and update the project’s training register.

Administer final tests to verify knowledge acquisition and training effectiveness.

Provide feedback and training metrics to the HSE Manager / HSE Initiatives Lead.

Support the HSE team with the implementation of principles, processes and best practices.

Prepare and update training documentation and learning materials.

Deliver refresher trainings as required.
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in HSE roles in the Oil & Gas or Construction sector

Solid knowledge of HSE legislative frameworks

HSE qualification preferred (NEBOSH, BSC, or equivalent)

Good command of standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong command of English (C2 or equivalent).

German language proficiency B2 or higher.

Immediate availability.
