EMEA HR Business Partner
Location: Kelsterbach / Frankfurt - Germany (on-site)
The HR Business Partner will provide the full spectrum of HR support and service to the management team and employees of several Sales Regions in EMEA. The position reports to the Business Partner Sales EMEA. He/she works with the regional management team and the EMEA HR department to develop, implement and drive results that increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Partners with executive and functional leadership to analyze and evaluate information in order to develop and implement strategies and other proactive steps to enhance the company’s overall organizational effectiveness and develop the careers of individual employees. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Development and Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, Employee Health and Benefits, HR Projects, and Staffing Support.
What you'll do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Provide a wide range of customer-oriented human resources services.
- Provide administration to ensure Compliance to local employment regulations as well as implementation of company’s policies
- Provide leaders with accurate workforce data, insights, and reporting
- Identify business requirements, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement, partnering with Talent Operations to enhance data quality, optimise HR systems, and strengthen reporting capabilities.
- Enter and audit data accurately in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure understanding and communication of compliance and local legal requirements.
- Document HR actions by completing necessary forms, reports, and records.
- Oversee immigration procedures and ensure compliance.
- Manage benefits enrollments and assist with related queries.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed.
- Propose and document HR-related policies
Contribute to EMEA HR projects.

What you bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments, particularly in the UK and Ireland.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organized with multitasking capabilities; able to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and a wide range of software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Thrives in environments with shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR processes simultaneously—such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Capable of executing tasks and delivering results within tight deadlines.
