Service Sales Manager
We are now looking for a Service Sales Manager to enhance our service sales operations, strengthen customer relationships, and support the growth of our global service business. The position is based in Weinsberg, Germany.
As Service Sales Manager, you will lead and develop spare parts and service sales at Vollert Precast Solutions. With a strong commercial mindset, you will drive sales growth and profitability while strengthening the competitiveness and long-term development of the service business. The role combines hands-on sales activities, including customer visits, with team leadership and business development. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across project sales, engineering, purchasing, project management, service, marketing and finance, and report to the Head of Global Service Sales.
Your key tasks and responsibilities
· Lead and grow spare parts and service sales with a clear focus on profitability, customer value, and long-term business development
· Manage and support a spare parts sales team, setting clear targets, priorities, and performance follow-up
· Take ownership of the full sales cycle, including preparation and follow-up of quotations and offers as well as defining and implementing of spare parts and services pricing strategy
· Develop and continuously improve sales tools, processes, and reporting to enable data-driven sales management providing structured feedback to management on customers, and business development opportunities
· Willingness to travel internationally as required
What you will be bringing to us
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, or aftermarket business preferably within industrial equipment or precast industry
· Experience in leading or coordinating a team is an advantage
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as ability to work independently and in collaboration with international stakeholders
· Fluent German and English skills
