We are looking for a passionate Content Specialist Running to be the internal and external running reference for Running Warehouse Europe. This role is dedicated to providing expert product knowledge, creating high-quality content, and helping consumers choose the right running shoes and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running, excellent communication skills, and the ability to energize audiences both on-camera and online.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
Product Expertise & Consumer Support
- Act as the primary internal running expert for Running Warehouse Europe.
- Provide guidance and answer internal and customer inquiries on running products, technologies, fit, and usage.
- Test products we sell and provide detailed feedback for website content.
- Attend vendor sell-in meetings and product trainings to stay up to date on new collections.
Content Creation & Management
- Communicate functions, features, and benefits of products in written and video formats.
- Create unique product descriptions, including categories, images, and technical details.
- Edit content produced by others and transfer content from Running Warehouse USA to Europe.
- Write learning center articles, product guides, and other educational content.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the content vision, researching e-commerce trends and proposing creative ideas.
- Plan, develop, and perform on-camera for website videos showcasing new models.
- Write video scripts and collaborate with the content team to produce engaging visual content.
- Present new products in an enthusiastic, energetic manner that encourages consumer purchase decisions.
Your skills and work experience:
- University degree, preferably in the area of Sports
- Proven passion for competitive running
- Understanding of the running industry in Europe and especially in the English-speaking markets
- Proven excellent communication skills in English with an emphasis in strong writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communicating effectively and staying calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and appropriately prioritize tasks
- Flexibility concerning working times, because you will work closely with the US Running Warehouse team
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications
