Famobra is looking for a service-minded and well-structured Business Development & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. With reference to our Head of Sales HQ in Harrislee you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and customer-focused onboarding experience for our non-digital leads across the entire Famobra Group.
Working closely with both your colleagues in Sales and Online Marketing, you help create strong customer journeys – from first contact to fully onboarded customer. You will become a part of a high-performance, international environment built on strong family values and a Nordic management mindset.
Your role & responsibilities
In this role you are at the forefront of our customer onboarding and lead development activities, where your day-to-day work is shaped by a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and working across cultures and markets.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage the full lead and onboarding process of our non-digital leads including qualification, due diligence, CRM (Salesforce) management and customer setup
- Drive proactive business development by thorough analysis and help identify new customers, markets, and opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Support and participate in trade fairs, including planning and structured follow-up on leads and outcomes
- Act as a key coordinator between Sales and Marketing, ensuring strong alignment with your colleague responsible for digital leads, data quality, and smooth customer journeys
Your profile
We imagine that you have commercial background with experience in e.g. business development, sales support or customer experience. You are experienced with MS Office systems (in particular Excel) and experience with CRM systems is an advantage. You have a professional level in English and German both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
As a person you are highly service-oriented, structured, and goal-driven and have a proactive and solution-oriented approach. You thrive in an environment with multiple stakeholders and have good communicative skills and a collaborative mindset. You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data.

As we highly value personal interaction and teamwork, we expect the role to be primarily carried out on-site at our office in Harrislee Germany. While remote work may be possible to some extent, it is not the main mode of work. Some travel in relation to trade fairs should be expected.
