As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping patients receive timely, professional, and compassionate care while supporting our patient-facing teams.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients & incoming requests.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-up activities & patient care needs.
- Support patient-facing staff with scheduling, documentation & operational coordination.
- Process patient information, prescriptions, authorizations & related documentation.
- Assist patients with equipment, supply & therapy-related questions.
- Ensure open requests are resolved accurately & efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive & solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to teamwork & patient care.
- Healthcare, administration, customer service, or operations experience is beneficial but not required.
