What You’ll Do
- Visit businesses with the founders and help pitch our solution
- Research high-potential businesses across Germany
- Identify founders, owners, and key decision-makers
- Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Book discovery calls and demos
- Analyze how businesses appear in AI search engines
- Track outreach and follow-ups
- Share insights from prospects to help improve our product and sales strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Good English communication skills
- Currently enrolled at a German university
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Interested in AI, startups, sales, or marketing
- Berlin-based preferred (remote within Germany possible)
- Available 10–20 hours per week
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or business development
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, or Google Sheets
- Interest in healthcare, SaaS, or AI automation
Compensation & Benefits
- €10–20/hour (depending on experience)
- 20% commission on the first 3 months of subscription revenue from clients you bring in
- Our product typically sells for €500–1,500/month
