STAGE+ is Deutsche Grammophon's global streaming platform for classical music and premium audiovisual content. It brings concerts, opera, documentaries, albums, and exclusive performances to audiences around the world.
In this role, you will transform the musical world of our artists into compelling visual communication. As part of our Marketing team, you will create premium marketing assets for the streaming platform STAGE+ while helping shape and evolve the brand's visual identity. Your designs will inspire audiences around the world and contribute to strengthening STAGE+ as the leading streaming platform for classical music.
Here’s your chance to join! Effective immediately, we’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer (all genders) to join us at our Headquarters in Berlin. Initially, it will be a fixed-term full-time position for 2 years with the prospect of extension. This role reports directly to our Director Marketing & Curation.
Your gig:

You create channel-specific marketing assets for international campaigns, including display ads, social media graphics, video assets, trailers, CRM materials, and advertising creatives for Google, Meta, YouTube, mobile and TV app stores, as well as print media

You develop layouts and creative concepts for campaigns and product launches and platform communications
-
You optimize and adapt existing creative assets for a variety of formats and platforms
-
You ensure a consistent, premium brand presence across all channels in line with the STAGE+ and Deutsche Grammophon visual identities

You further develop the visual identity of STAGE+, balancing Deutsche Grammophon's rich heritage, cultural legacy, and world-class artists with a contemporary digital look and feel
-
You collaborate closely with Marketing, Curation teams, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life efficiently and at a high standard
-
You own, maintain and refine STAGE+ brand guidelines and support their consistent use internally, with agencies and with external partners

You use campaign learnings, platform requirements and performance insights to continuously improve creative output
We are keen to jam with you if you:

Have a degree in Digital Media, Photography, Motion Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable qualification

Bring at least three years of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing design or digital campaign design

Have a portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand and graphic design, your experience in motion design, layout skills and your high standard of visual craftsmanship

Strong hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects); experience with CapCut or similar tools is a plus

Understand the requirements of different digital marketing channels and know how to create platform-optimized, audience-focused designs

Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative ideas in a clear and confident way

Feel confident and comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English (at least C1 level); German skills are a plus
