Marketing Strategy & Operations
This is not a typical working student role. You will sit inside the CMO’s office, working directly with senior leadership on the decisions and initiatives that shape how one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies goes to market. You’ll be expected to think strategically, move fast, and deliver work that lands in front of the board.
osapiens is a LinkedIn Top Company 2026, on a clear path to continued international growth, and tackling some of the most complex sustainability challenges facing global enterprises. If you want a front-row seat to how a unicorn builds its marketing engine — and you’re ready to own real work from day one — this is your role.
-
Strategic Planning & Decision Support - Prepare the CMO’s weekly briefing pack — synthesising pipeline data, campaign performance, and competitive signals; build decision-support materials for leadership reviews, board updates, and OKR cycles
- Marketing Performance & Insights - Own the CMO dashboard in HubSpot and Salesforce — pull weekly metrics, identify anomalies, and produce the narrative that goes with the numbers; Run ad-hoc competitive intelligence requests: market sizing, positioning analysis, win/loss patterns
- Executive Operations & Stakeholder Coordination - Manage the CMO’s calendar priorities and prepare agendas for key internal and external meetings; coordinate cross-functional workstreams between marketing, sales, product, and delivery teams
- Project Management & Cross-Functional Initiatives - Support go-to-market launches, campaign rollouts, and strategic projects from scoping to delivery
- Communication, AI & Documentation - Prepare polished presentations, memos, and briefings that enable fast, clear decision-making; use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and synthesis
-
Academic background: You’re a Master’s student (or strong final-year Bachelor’s) in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Analytical mindset: You can build a model, interrogate a dataset, and explain what it means to a non-technical executive in the same afternoon.
- Structured thinking: You simplify complexity. You structure problems before jumping to solutions, and your slide decks tell a story, not a list of facts.
- Execution & ownership: Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- AI fluency: You’re comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow — for research, drafting, and analysis — and you’re curious about what’s coming next.
- Language: English fluency is required. German is a plus.
-
Direct mentorship from the CMO and senior leadership — you’ll understand how a unicorn makes strategic decisions.
- Exposure to board-level conversations, investor narratives, and GTM strategy in a company with real international momentum.
- Autonomy and ownership from week one. We don’t believe in busy work.
- A collaborative, high-trust environment where your ideas get heard and implemented.
- Regular team events with our international colleague base.
