Who We Are
We’re building an AI-first LegalTech company where people focus on thinking, systems, and decision-making, and AI handles the bulk of the execution.
We work quickly, deploy often, and take a high degree of personal responsibility. No rigid hierarchy, no fixed roles, no waiting for approval. If something’s missing, we build it.
Mission
As Business Operations Working Student you work closely with the founding team on processes, data, tooling and internal operations. You get a direct view of how an early-stage AI company works, and you make sure hands-on that everything runs and keeps moving.
- Build and document our internal processes: how customers get onboarded, how suppliers get set up, how work gets handed over between teams
- Own our tool stack: keep CRM, Notion, Slack and spreadsheets clean, connected and actually used.
- Automate what shouldn't need a human, and flag what does.
- Support the finance side: maintaining reports, tracking invoices and payment flows.
- Run people ops end to end: coordinate interviews, keep candidates moving, help new joiners land well.
- Take on research projects: market and competitor work, vendor comparisons, whatever question needs answering this week.
- Keep the office running and organise internal and external events.
- Enrolled student, for example business administration, economics, business law or information systems.Other fields are welcome too.
- You're a natural multitasker and organiser. Several things run in parallel here, and you keep track of all of them without being reminded.
- You're available for 20 hours a week and can commit reliably, including during term time.
- You're dedicated. You follow things through to the end rather than to the point where they stop being interesting.
- You understand that the best strategies rest on a foundation of execution.
- You're an early adopter and proactively experiment with AI and automation tools to speed up your work.
- You enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things work on your own.
- You communicate at a business-fluent level in English and German.
- Mentorship from the founders and the wider team, with regular feedback rather than a review at the end.
- Full access to the AI tooling we use, and encouragement to experiment with it.
- Hybrid setup, so you can plan your week around lectures and deadlines
- A subsidised Urban Sports Club membership, so you can train wherever you are in the city.
- A view of how an early-stage AI company is built, at the point where the decisions are still being made rather than inherited.
