As Team Lead People & Recruiting, you will own the people function end to end rom workforce planning and recruiting to performance management, total rewards and culture, designing scalable, data-driven people practices that create an outstanding employee experience and support Tanso's growth.

Translate Tanso's business strategy into scalable people initiatives by leading workforce planning, organizational design, role architecture, and career frameworks that support sustainable growth.

Own end-to-end talent acquisition by building hiring plans, enabling hiring managers, scaling AI-supported recruiting processes, and strengthening Tanso's employer brand to attract exceptional talent.

Define and evolve Tanso's total rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, salary benchmarking, pay equity, and competitive benefits.

Build and continuously improve a principles-based performance and development framework, including role clarity, manager enablement, career conversations, and learning & development programs.

Own People Operations and systems by optimizing HR processes, HRIS and AI-enabled tooling, ensuring reliable data, seamless employee experiences, payroll accuracy, and compliance.
