We're looking for a Delivery Manager – Life Sciences (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex programs for clients in the life sciences sector ensuring strategic alignment, adherence to regulatory requirements and high-quality outcomes. You will drive successful project execution, foster strong client relationships and leverage innovative technologies to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs in the life sciences domain
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines and budgets throughout all phases
- Drive clear communication with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
- Establish and track KPIs to monitor project performance and client satisfaction
- Lead risk management and issue resolution initiatives to mitigate delivery gaps
- Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams for successful outcomes
- Support account growth through identification of new engagement opportunities
- Mentor delivery team members to strengthen capability and collaboration
Requirements

15+ years of experience in delivery or program management
- In-depth knowledge of life sciences industry and regulatory environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex multi-stakeholder programs at scale
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and agile practices
- Proven experience with cloud environments and data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
- Fluency in German and English
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science or related field
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
