We are looking for a Financial Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) who can:
Support the preparation of financial forecasts and the annual bank-wide planning process.
Analyze, prepare, and communicate financial and business performance data, with a focus on revenue and cost controlling.
Contribute to pricing and margin management activities.
Perform regular controlling activities for investments and bank-owned subsidiaries.
Continuously improve controlling processes to support the bank’s long-term success.
Participate in projects and contribute to achieving sustainable business performance and profitability.
Successfully completed banking apprenticeship, degree in Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in banking controlling
Professional experience in Controlling, ideally within the banking sector.
Experience or interest in project work and project management.
Strong interest in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and business performance data.
Good understanding of market and competitive developments to formulate business recommendations.
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
