About the position
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting SSAB Europe Automotive sales by providing administrative, clerical, and customer service support.
You will be part of a team specializing in Automotive premium products, working closely with colleagues across functions to ensure the highest level of service for our customers and sales organization. Collaboration and proactive communication are essential in this role.
Your responsibilities will include managing order administration processes and maintaining clear, timely communication with customers. You will also serve as a crucial link between customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
As one of our primary customer contact points, you will have an important role in shaping the customer experience. We are committed to delivering excellent service, and your contribution will be key in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support.
Main Responsibilities
- Support SSAB Europe Automotive customers and the sales organization by receiving and registering orders, and responding to order-related inquiries.
- Proactively identify opportunities to meet customer needs and promote SSAB’s Automotive premium products.
- Arrange transportation for shipments in collaboration with internal and external logistics partners.
- Maintain daily communication with stock functions and mills to provide customers and the sales organization with up-to-date information on order status.
- Manage data in internal systems, including order tracking, customer registration, and the handling of claims and credits.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.

About You
- You have completed commercial or business-related education
- You have a strong customer service mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- You have the ability to perform well under pressure, with solid problem-solving skills
- You are capable of working independently
- You have good IT skills, including experience with MS Office and SAP
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
You have the ability to adapt to new ways of working and support ongoing digitalization of the customer interface
