With the aim of accelerating Germany Snacks, we are looking for Innovation Project Manager (m/w/d) to:

Support innovation projects and lead product change initiatives, including Product Renovation and Productivity Initiatives, Pack Price & Promotional activities, and Account Exclusive programs.

Manage cross-functional project teams through the stage-gate process, with a strong focus on “Fewer, Bigger, Better” and adherence to Speed to Market guidelines. Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery to market, in line with defined timelines and budgets, and aligned with BU ICP and ACP calendars.

Drive the execution of change projects across the category, including pipeline management and the identification and evaluation of gaps, risks, and trade-offs, while supporting innovation project delivery.
Responsibilities:

Support the management of local Innovation & Commercial Change projects within the DACH markets (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Contribute to the delivery of the DACH Foods Calendar by coordinating key activities and timelines.

Support the execution of large-scale Innovation initiatives in DACH, in close collaboration with the Snacks category team.

Act as a key point of contact between the Commercial team, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchasing and other central functions for assigned projects, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.

Assist in the execution of change projects by supporting Prime Movers in tracking the overall project approach, critical path and timelines.

Support issue identification and resolution with Prime Movers to help ensure key milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

Help coordinate cross-functional project meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and alignment across stakeholders.

Support the preparation of monthly decision-making cycles (Gates).

Manage assigned projects through the Stage Gate process using MyInnovation software, ensuring compliance with SwissCo processes.

Prepare project status updates and support discussions in governance forums.
Qualifications:

College or university degree
-
Min. 3 yrs. of experience in FMCG commercial projects,
-
Experience leading and driving projects and delivering operational excellence
-
Ability to lead various partners in a matrix organisation and a strong affinity with people management
-
Basic knowledge of all related cross functional areas in product change projects: finance, operations, R&D, marketing and sales

Strong communication skills and business maturity to work with stakeholders at different levels
-
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive alignment and support decision-making
-
Fluent in English, German nice to have
