Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT, software, telecom, infrastructure, and transformation projects from planning through rollout and handover.

Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and timelines.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, IT, Platform Engineering, QA, Service, and external partners.

Drive execution, resolve blockers, manage project governance, and ensure delivery readiness at every project stage.

Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear reporting and escalation to stakeholders.

Facilitate project and steering meetings, ensuring decisions, actions, and accountability are clearly defined.

Ensure successful go-live, operational readiness, service handover, and post-implementation stabilization.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and delivery governance.
Requirements

Several years of experience delivering complex IT, telecom, software, infrastructure, rollout, or digital transformation projects in international environments.

Proven success leading projects in matrix organizations without direct authority over resources.

Strong understanding of IT delivery environments, including infrastructure, networks, software development, testing, deployment, and operations.

Solid project management expertise in planning, dependency management, risk management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience working with technical teams such as Development, IT Operations, Platform Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Service Desk.

Ability to bring structure to complex situations, driving accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively from operational teams to senior leadership.

Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with the resilience, ownership, and persistence to drive projects successfully under pressure.
