We are currently looking for a Stockroom Assistant for our Camper store located in Munich. We are seeking a proactive and passionate person who is aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.
As a Stockroom Assistant at Camper, your main mission will be to manage stockroom and inventory activities, contributing to the achievement of the store’s sales, service and growth objectives.
We are counting on you to carry out all stockroom operations accurately, efficiently and in an organised manner, ensuring that the stockroom is perfectly maintained to support the smooth running of the store and maximise sales opportunities.
Operational excellence: In today’s omnichannel environment, operational management is essential and has a direct impact on the customer experience. You will be responsible for carrying out store operations in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Strong organisation leads to greater efficiency.
Stockroom and product management: You will be responsible for receiving, checking, classifying and organising merchandise, as well as replenishing products on the shop floor. You will also support order preparation, returns, transfers and stocktakes.
Brand image: Each store represents the company’s principles, values and culture. You will contribute to maintaining an excellent Camper brand image by ensuring that the stockroom and product boxes are organised and maintained in line with our standards and ESG principles.
Customer experience: You will support the store team with customer service when needed, helping to provide an excellent experience and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Our customers come first.
You will be a great fit for this role if:
You are interested in retail in all its forms, both in-store and online.
Ideally, you have previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse role, although this is not essential.
You are flexible and available to work part-time/full-time, 20 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday.
You enjoy working as part of a team and are energetic, proactive and collaborative.
You have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
You have a strong omnichannel mindset and are comfortable using technology.
You are fluent in English. German and other languages will be considered an advantage.
You have the right to work in the European Union without requiring a visa.
