As a Senior Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, communication initiatives, events, and brand activities. In this role, you will strengthen GMF’s market presence and support business growth. Your responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, creating marketing and press content, organizing customer events and trade shows, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring consistent brand communication. By combining strategic thinking, creativity, and project management expertise, you will translate technical and commercial topics into engaging communications across multiple channels.
Your Impact

Plan, manage, and execute global marketing campaigns across digital, print, event, and sales channels.

Create high-quality marketing and communication materials, including press releases, technical articles, product content, and campaign messaging.

Conceptualize, organize, and execute trade shows, customer events, seminars, and technical conferences.

Coordinate GMF’s presence at industry conferences and support the development of technical presentations and publications.

Develop trade show concepts, marketing materials, and communication content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Analyze campaign performance, report on key marketing metrics, and maintain marketing-related documentation.

Strengthen the MKS brand through consistent brand communication and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Relevant experience in B2B marketing.

Strong editorial and content creation skills, with excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.

Strong understanding of visual communication, graphic design, layout quality, and brand-consistent messaging.

Experience in project management and collaboration with agencies and external service providers.

Ability to translate technical and commercial topics into clear and compelling marketing content; proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern AI tools.

Strong organizational and communication skills, team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).
