As a Principal Architect within the CTO team, you will be responsible for shaping technical strategy and guiding solution architectures across diverse automotive domains. As a Thought Leader, you must possess a strong understanding of automotive systems, software platforms, and emerging technology trends. You will prticipate in key customer interactions, influencing customer decisions, staging critical discussions. You will be responsible to conceptualize highly differentiated solutions to build on emerging technology and industry trends and reviewing architectures developed by domain teams. You will support industry and academia collaboration to accelerate co-development initiatives.

Must Have Skills:
- Deep understanding of automotive systems, software platforms, and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of technology trends in automotive EE architecture, domains, connectivity and security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-stakes customer interactions.
- Proven track record to craft solution strategies aligned with business objectives and provide strategic guidance to all stakeholders.
- Good understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Gen-AI and Agentic AI solutions
- Fluent German language skills (C1/C2 level)
Good to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD concepts for large-scale systems.
- Experience in global customer engagement and thought leadership initiatives.
- Experience of virtual engineering / virtual validation solutions for automotive software development and validation.
- Understanding of semiconductor ecosystem and low-level software development and hardware integration
