- 8 years of experience in database engineering or systems administration, with a focus on SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver.
- 4 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional technical projects and working with systems administration.
- 5 years of experience with managing a team of database engineers.
- Experience managing and scaling enterprise-level SAP environments (e.g., SAP RISE, complex on-premise deployments).
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, on-call rotations, and incident response management.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational ambiguity and lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of mentoring and developing teams of database or reliability engineers.
