Under the direction of the Business Operations & Excellence Director , the Candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence and innovation in the delivery of BeOne’s cross-functional Customer Engagement. The Candidate will work closely with the German Medical Affairs, Commercial and Market Access Leads.
The Candidate will play a key role in ensuring patient access to BeOne products by considering innovative approaches to customer needs and ensuring the German team is fit for purpose based on the evolution of the product portfolio. This includes assessing needs in terms of staffing, capabilities, and executing activities for upskilling and scientific training as required. Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct.
Finally, the Candidate will contribute to developing and supporting the integrated launch plans and tactics in the respective countries and will be responsible for supporting effective commercial and medical field performance across the region.

Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Bachelor of science required, MBA or advanced degree desirable
8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector or biotech
Previous experience and knowledge of hematology will be considered an advantage
Commercial Excellence, Field force effectiveness Field Sales / Field Medical / Field Management experience are a plus
Demonstrates a high level of empathy and ability to listen and learn for optimal analysis and actions
Turns creative ideas into original solutions; produces new or different approaches in current situations and enables creativity in others Experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative and novel customer solutions, driving progress and influencing without direct authority
Proven track record in designing Market research plans and customer insights requirements • Strong analytical skills and ability to design and lead cross functionally multiple projects & initiatives
Strong business acumen and international commercial experience demonstrated in Europe
Fluency in both verbal and written English, German and/or another Europe language are a plus
Proficiency in all MS-Office applications
Willing to travel 30% of the time
Salary Range Germany: 100,000.00 EUR - 125,000.00 EUR
