Responsibilities:

Supporting administrative and organizational tasks within technical support, including working with our ticketing systems

Assisting in setting up test environments and reproducing and analyzing technical issues

Preparing and structuring “lessons learned” from support cases using modern AI tools

Supporting the creation and maintenance of internal support documentation

Creating supporting video material that can also be used for marketing and training purposes
Qualifications:

Student, ideally in electrical engineering or with a strong technical background or interest

Initial experience with video equipment and video editing software is an advantage

Confident in using common office applications and interested in AI-based tools

Creative mindset and structured way of working

Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)

Availability of at least 12 hours per week
