As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for building and continuously developing data‑driven, automated growth and Next‑Best‑Action logics for our micro‑customer portfolio, with a strong focus on the webshop. At the core is the question of which next action truly makes sense for our target group in a specific moment—derived from data, customer behavior, and model outputs along digital customer journeys, and effectively activated through the right mechanisms and touchpoints.
- You design and own Next‑Best‑Action use cases (cross‑ and up‑sell) for the micro‑customer portfolio, with a clear focus on the webshop, and translate webshop signals, purchase data, and model outputs into concrete, automated NBA logics (Next & Next‑Next Best Action).
- You establish and manage A/B testing and personalization for NBA modules in the shop—from hypothesis definition and prioritization to analysis and scaling.
- You work closely with Data Engineers, Performance Marketing, and Development to ensure end‑to‑end information flows between the webshop, CRM, ERP, customer portal, and additional systems, and you drive the structural setup of the NBA topic from a webshop perspective (standards, decision logics, fallbacks, governance).
- You define KPIs, tracking concepts, and reports to measure the (webshop) NBA impact.
- You act as the business owner for automated growth mechanisms in the shop and ensure scalability across all markets.
