Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in 2015 by our two CEOs, Jessica and Bram. Today, we run nine locations in Berlin and six in Hamburg, serving our delicious vegan donuts and specialty coffee. Join us and help change the perception of plant-based food - one donut at a time.
This role is based at Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER), one of Europe’s most important transport hubs, where you’ll delight travellers with donuts and specialty coffee in a dynamic, international workplace.
Our airport store operates from early mornings through late evenings, including weekends and public holidays — flexibility with shift work is essential. Opening shifts start as early as 03:30am and closing shifts last until 22:00pm. There’s no classic 9-to-5 here, but in return you’ll experience real variety: flight schedules, rush hours and an international crowd ensure that no two days are the same.
For working at the airport, all team members need to apply for an airport ID badge (Flughafenausweis) and a security clearance according to §7 LuftSiG. Don’t worry — we fully support you throughout the entire process and guide you step by step.
Heads up: This role is for our BER Airport shop, but while all required airport access and security approvals are still in process, you’ll start your journey with us in one of our Berlin city shops. Once everything is fully approved, you’ll move into your role at the airport shop.
All FOH team members should be open and flexible to support across our different shops when needed. We work as one team and support each other where it’s needed most, keeping things running smoothly across all locations.

From Berlin Südkreuz to BER: it takes about 14 minutes on the Airport Express or regional trains, super quick!
From Berlin Ostkreuz to BER: you can reach the airport in roughly ~19–20 minutes on direct regional train services.
As Shift Leader you are making sure that the shop is running smoothly and well, even on those really busy weekend days you make sure the team is working well together.
While you are on shift you are responsible for enforcing our work safety and health procedures and making sure our high product quality and customer service standards are met. You are the point of contact for customer requests/complaints, coordinating the team on shift and solving operational issues as well as trouble-shooting.
POS system isn’t working? Customer unhappy? Donuts are late? Ran out of packaging? There is a line outside and the team is getting stressed? You keep a cool head and solve the issue!
You will receive extra training on the in’s and out’s of the POS system, ordering procedure, some basic scheduling and shift planning and a guide for trouble-shooting.
