You own the CRM strategy and execution across Email and WhatsApp

You drive revenue, retention, and CLV across multiple markets

You build and optimize campaigns, lifecycle flows, and automations end-to-end (e.g. Welcome, Post-Purchase, Reactivation)

You manage multi-market setups, including localization, segmentation, and market-specific communication

You work across a multi-product portfolio, ensuring the right product, message, and timing per audience

You build advanced segmentation and automation logic directly in Klaviyo (or similar tools)

You continuously test, analyze, and optimize using A/B testing, cohorts, CLV, and revenue-based metrics

4–6+ years CRM / lifecycle experience in D2C or e-commerce

Proven track record of owning CRM revenue, retention, or CLV

Experience managing CRM across multiple international markets

Hands-on experience building flows, segmentation, and automations

Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort and CLV analysis

Daily use of tools like Klaviyo, Klar, or WhatsApp tools (e.g. Charles)

Experience with multi-product and ideally subscription-based models

Native-level German, fluent English, plus an additional language
