T agmeister Chemie 80% (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten:
- Betreiben und Überwachen der gesamten Produktionsanlage in Abstimmung mit dem Tagmeister Produktion
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Koordinatoren der Instandhaltung/Technik zur Erstellung von Freigabescheinen sowie Durchführung und Überwachung der notwendigen Sicherungsmaßnahmen
- Bei Abweichungen vom Sollzustand gibt er Rückmeldung an den Tagmeister Produktion/ Schichtmeister/Produktionsleiter
- Produktionsseitiger Ansprechpartner der Abteilung Technik/Instandhaltung für Abwicklung und Realisierung von Projekten vor Ort (Produktion)
- Implementierung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen
- Zuständig für die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter im Bereich Produktion, sowie Überprüfung der vollständigen Einarbeitung
- Überwachung und Durchsetzung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsvorschriften und Vorschriften bezüglich Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheit, Umweltschutz und Qualität
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Arbeits- und Betriebsanweisungen.
