The opportunity

We are seeking a Compensation Specialist (f/m/d) to support the Compensation team to evolve our global compensation framework. The role will support the grading process, the annual salary review, as well as the setting of the salary ranges and the external benchmarking. The role will support these by performing structured analyses, maintaining data quality, and assisting in the processes.
How you will make an impact
- Grading Process
- Execute job matching and grading tasks following defined frameworks
- Prepare documentation and support grading reviews
- Perform data quality checks and basic analysis
- Support reporting and dashboards
- Assist in job evaluations, audits, and process documentation
- Support HR stakeholders with basic grading queries
- Salary Review and Ranges
- Support the Annual Salary Review cycle in Workday, including planning, configuration, execution, and post-cycle analysis
- Support the development and maintenance of salary ranges
- Benchmarking and Market Analysis
- Run the submission of compensation data to external benchmarking providers
- Analyze market data and trends to inform compensation decisions and strategy
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits
- Strong Excel skills; Workday is an advantage
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Structured and process-oriented working style
- Good level analytical skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Interest in applying AI and automation tools in HR processes
- Exposure to reporting or analytics tools is a plus
