Purpose of the Role
Drive sustainable, profitable growth within Protein Processor accounts in Germany by leading strategic customer relationships, translating market and consumer insights into commercial opportunities, and aligning cross-functional execution with Griffith Foods’ capabilities and strategy. The role owns growth across both existing and new customers to deliver volume and margin in line with the defined strategy and budget.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the Griffith Foods-customer relationship, including:
Build partnerships with key stakeholders across the customer organization
Negotiate prices and contracts in line with agreed margin expectations
Optimize margins proactively through value engineering and product mix management
Prepare forecasts and budgets
Manage internal stakeholder relationships to support delivery of commercial objectives
Coordinate technical and commercial activities across the account
Organize customer presentations
Manage the development pipeline
Monitor market and competitive developments and share insights with the business
Own and execute multi-year strategic account plans
Resolve supply and quality issues in partnership with relevant internal teams
