This PhD project is embedded in BMFTR-funded project „Systems Medicine in Psychiatry - Advancing Treatment Response through Mulit-Omics Approaches and Multi-Modal Biomarkers“. The project aims to improve treatment algorithms, particularly for depression, through multimodal predictors, including clinical variables and multi-omics data (e.g. DNA methylation, gene expression, protein expression).
