Clearance Required: Secret (SCI Eligible).
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience Required: Demonstrated experience showing ability to support a squadron level Standardizations and Evaluations program. Additionally, demonstrated ability to use PEX, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar programs. Finally, demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of a squadron level Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program.
Job Summary: Plan, administer, monitor, document, and report testing and training events and completion status for squadron personnel and students in accordance with squadron requirements and published directives. Manage and maintain all aspects of an EFB program.
Essential Duties:

Maintain accountability and control of flight-testing materials.

Perform duties as the squadron Technical Order Distribution Account (TODA) and Flight Crew Information File (FCIF) library manager.

Manage the T.O. library, flying related publications and checklists via the TODA and Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS).

Ensure all Flight Information Publications (FLIP) are current and accessible to all aircrew.

Ensure all Briefing Room and Mission Planning materials to include local area maps, Training Rule publications, checklists, and Special Interest Items are current and serviceable.

Coordinate with training officer to review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per the applicable AFIs.

Notify crewmembers, scheduling office, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements.

Perform testing administrator duties/function for the unit.

Manage squadron EFB program IAW MAJCOM and local requirements, and Baseline Configuration releases as the Primary Wing EFB Program Manager.

Execute all EFB MX, upgrades, patching, and restoration functions.

Perform local administrator and equipment custodian duties for all Exclusive Use Stand-Alone (EUSA) computers.
Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
