:
The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the installation, coordination, and delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems during the construction phase of a pharmaceutical project.
The role ensures that all MEP systems are installed safely, in compliance with project specifications, aligned with design intent, delivered on schedule, and ready for mechanical completion, commissioning, and validation handover.
The MEP superintendent acts as the primary interface between design engineers, construction contractors, vendors, and the project management team.

- Supervise MEP installation works on site
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and GMP requirements
- Coordinate between design teams, contractors, and vendors
- Track progress and support schedule delivery
- Ensure quality and GMP compliance
- Enforce HSE standards
- Manage equipment installation and vendor coordination
- Drive systems to mechanical completion and handover
:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- 5–10+ years’ experience in MEP construction
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom project
- Knowledge of GMP standards and cleanroom systems
- Fluent in German
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of construction practices and sequencing
- Stakeholder management
- Attention to detail and quality focus
