We’re looking for a Team Assistant to become the operational heart of the team. You won’t be working behind the scenes – you’ll be one of the people who makes this company function, and everyone here will feel it when you do. It’s a broad, hands-on role with real ownership: you’ll contribute to critical functions and grow alongside the company – all while enjoying a friendly, eye-to-eye company culture.

Support with administration and compliance, incl.
- document preparation and data entry,
- preparatory accounting and compliance management.
Keep operations running smoothly, e.g. by
- maintaining some administrative databases like our CRM,
- tracking tool maintenance by users,
- keeping the office organized and well equipped.
Orchestrate communication
- Coordinate and schedule meetings,
- assist in organizing company events and workshops,
- manage some communication channels, internal and external.
Nice to have: curiosity about new tools. We increasingly use AI agents for internal processes, and if you enjoy helping shape that, great, but it's not a must.
- Experience in administrative or team support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for being direct and respectful
- Proficiency in office software and tools, like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion – or aptitude and willingness to learn
- A proactive, adaptable, hands-on mindset
- Fluent English; some basic German is necessary (helpful for accounting, compliance, and local admin)
- Part-time work is preferred, the below salary range is for full-time, however.
