OVE Capital is seeking experienced investment professionals to join our platform as Independent Managing Partners. This is a full-time entrepreneurial opportunity that combines independence with institutional support. Our Managing Partners are economically aligned through a highly attractive participation in carried interest and management fees while maintaining ownership of the investment.

Your Responsibilities
- Originate proprietary investment opportunities that align with your sector expertise and investment track record.
- Lead the end-to-end investment process, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Develop and implement value creation strategies alongside portfolio company management teams.
- Play an active role throughout the investment lifecycle, dedicating at least 50% of your professional time to the portfolio company during the holding period.
- Work closely with OVE Capital's investment, operating, and investor relations teams to maximise value for all stakeholders.
Your Profile
- At least 10 years of direct private equity investment experience with a demonstrable track record of successful transactions.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, executing, and managing buyout or growth equity investments.
- A strong network of entrepreneurs, advisers, intermediaries, lenders, and industry executives.
- Outstanding financial, strategic, and commercial judgement.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, high personal integrity, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to build trusted relationships with management teams and investors.
Investment Focus
OVE Capital focuses on institutional-quality direct private equity investments with the following characteristics (no particular sector focus):
- Majority buyout and growth equity investments (excluding venture capital)
- Small- and mid-market companies
- Minimum EBITDA of €5 million
- Profitable, cash flow-positive businesses
- Proprietary or highly differentiated investment opportunities with attractive entry valuations relative to prevailing market multiples
- No turnaround or restructuring situations
- Headquarters in Western Europe
- Equity investments ranging from €15 million to €100 million
