Shine is the financial copilot for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Founded by serial entrepreneurs Rico Andersen and Martin Hegelund, Shine is a leading European fintech unicorn on a mission to restore the joy of running a business, by ending wasted time on financial admin. Shine offers a connected solution for invoicing, accounting, payroll, business accounts, payments, and financing, meaning business owners can focus their energy on growing a healthy business, not held back by manual admin.
Part of something bigger
Today we're part of Cegid, a European leader in cloud software for finance and accounting. Together we're building Europe's leading financial copilot for small businesses and their accountants.
Shine already supports more than 400,000 small businesses. As part of Cegid, we now reach over one million small businesses and 15,000 accountants across Europe.
We're a multicultural team working from France, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands, contributing to a wider European network that spans Spain, Portugal and Belgium.
Your hiring experience matters
Just as we respect our customers' time, we respect yours. Your experience with Shine and Cegid should feel simple, transparent and genuinely supportive.
If this sounds like somewhere you want to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
The Advisor Collaboration team builds the workspace where accountants manage and collaborate with their clients across the entire accounting life-cycle — a shared, structured space for documents, client management, and communication — instead of the patchwork of disconnected tools they juggle today. As AI reshapes accounting, our mission is to cut context switching and back-and-forth, reduce the compliance risk that comes from fragmented channels, and make Shine the single place where advisors and their clients work together. It's a core, early-stage product area with real distribution from day one: through Cegid we reach over a million small businesses and 15,000 accountants across Europe, so the challenge is building the right product, not finding users.
As Senior Product Manager for Advisor Collaboration, you own the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for this workspace. You translate market signals and input from accountants into a clear, prioritized roadmap and trade-offs, drive delivery with engineering, design and data science, and own outcomes against our OKRs. You'll go deep on a complex domain of accounting, without needing to be an expert on day one, working closely with a distributed, multicultural team to build products that advisors and their clients love.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for the Advisor Collaboration workspace, aligned to company OKRs
Run discovery with accountants and business owners (along with the designer) to do interviews, synthesis, briefs, success metrics and MVP definitions
Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into a prioritized roadmap and clear trade-offs
Drive delivery with engineering, design and data science, breaking large initiatives into incremental, shippable pieces
Define instrumentation and use cohort and funnel analysis to find opportunities and measure impact on adoption, retention and engagement
Align senior stakeholders and coordinate with adjacent teams
Leverage AI where it creates real value for advisors and their clients
Job located in Berlin with possibility of two remote working days per week.

Data fluency: defines instrumentation, builds dashboards, uses cohort and funnel analysis to find non-obvious opportunities
Proven delivery: breaks large initiatives into incremental releases, measures outcomes against OKRs, removes systemic blockers
Commercial sense: inputs on pricing/packaging, growth experiments, launches with measurable adoption goals
Moves fluidly between discovery and delivery, and goes deep on a complex, unfamiliar domain fast
Curious, high-ownership, customer-obsessed, decisive and collaborative — leads through influence, not authority
Comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, multi-country, early-stage environment
