Your mission:
You will implement the European sales strategy across assigned customers and markets to drive growth and maximize sales of Epson products.
Develop and maintain end-customer relationships and gain a thorough understanding of the addressable market dynamics, opportunities, and potential within the assigned market to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
The role is responsible for managing sales across the Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg region.
What will you do:
Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve quarterly sales targets.
Engage and influence end customers and partners early in the sales cycle to ensure Epson receives high visibility and priority, leverage the company's full product portfolio, and maximize conversion rates.
Manage Corporate end user customers and their key contacts throughout the entire customer journey, from market exploration through to after-sales relationship management, building strong and transparent relationships.
Establish stable and professional business relationships with end customers in target market segments, demonstrating comprehensive product and industry knowledge while aligning Epson’s capabilities with customer needs and priorities.
Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts and pass these opportunities to the relevant specialist teams for follow-up.
Actively promote Epson’s sustainability strategy and represent it in the market, positioning Epson as a socially responsible organization focused on maximizing customer satisfaction.
Maintain and manage customer data within MSD and various reporting systems.
Support potential bidders during tender processes within the assigned territory.
Prepare any necessary bidder clarification questions and monitor responses.
Create, update, and manage special pricing agreements for tenders within the assigned territory.
Participate in nationwide trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences, including all required pre- and post-event activities, both online and offline.
Prospect and acquire key contacts within corporate end-customer organizations in the assigned territory.
Present the full Epson product portfolio at a general level and provide guidance on product applications and use cases.
Understand and document customer requirements to develop and communicate clear and compelling value propositions.
Proactively collaborate with channel partners to identify, define, and pursue joint growth opportunities within the market.
Lead the sales process by coordinating internal resources and expertise to support solution development, proposal creation, and overall project execution (e.g., Pre-Sales support).
Ensure compliance with standard sales processes and effective use of sales tools to maintain a high-quality, visible pipeline and provide accurate, up-to-date forecasting.
What we ask for:
Sales experience within specialist distribution channels and IT reseller environments.
Experience working with corporate end customers and procurement organizations.
Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a commercial/business qualification with relevant professional experience.
Proven ability to proactively build and maintain both long-term and short-term relationships to drive business growth.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using CRM and sales management tools.
Good command of English.
