BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a full-Time, On-site IT Support Specialist in Germany.
The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level support for end-user technical issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues when required
Ensure timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation for all incidents
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber
Provide basic macOS support for Apple users
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheral devices
Use diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues
Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT support
Good understanding of Windows environments and basic macOS support
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
Requirements
Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
Strong communication and documentation skills
German & English B2 level needed
