We are seeking an enthusiastic and pro-active Sales Operations Rep, German speaking, required to work as part of a team within a busy and demanding environment, supporting the activities of the Divisional and Regional Sales Managers and Engineers.

Order management with order entry and confirmation; planning of shipping process; appointment management based on planning and purchasing reports; if necessary, creation of pro forma invoices.

Co-ordination of the outstanding items and balances of the customer groups assigned to him.

Processing of customer orders via customer portals.

Purchasing and correspondence with our suppliers in the USA, Israel, GB and FR.

Fast and comprehensive answering of customer inquiries about the availability, delivery and complaints of products, also in English.

Assumption of responsibility for any problems that arise, guaranteeing their investigation and a prompt solution.

Offer preparation.

Coordinating returns in accordance with the established RMA process and arranging credit notes.

Customer database and stock-list maintenance.

Creation of a weekly report.

General administrative tasks.

Participation in meetings and telephone conferences.

If necessary and within reasonable limits, take on any other task within the department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support within a B2B manufacturing or sales environment

Strong command of German & English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in ERP systems and solid computer skills

Strong communication and presentation skills (phone, email, and in-person)

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied, high-pressure workload

Team player with a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach

Experience or knowledge in the sensors field - An advantage
