Deine Mission
Als Senior Production Associate Upstream unterstützt du die Schichtleitung bei der Steuerung des Produktionsbetriebs und übernimmst bei Bedarf deren fachliche Vertretung. Du koordinierst Produktionsabläufe, unterstützt Mitarbeitende im Tagesgeschäft und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Produktionsziele zu erreichen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung von Produktionsmitarbeitenden
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Produktionsaktivitäten
- Koordination mit Qualitätssicherung, Technik und weiteren Schnittstellenbereichen
- Durchführung und Begleitung von Trainings im Produktionsumfeld
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung GMP-relevanter Dokumentation
- Mitarbeit bei Audits, Abweichungen, CAPAs und Change Controls
- Unterstützung von Verbesserungsprojekten und Troubleshooting-Maßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von cGMP-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
Das bringst du mit
Qualifikation
- Ausbildung als Chemikant, Pharmakant, CTA, BTA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Alternativ Studium der Naturwissenschaften oder des Ingenieurwesens
Erfahrung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der biopharmazeutischen Produktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Upstream-Bereich
- Erfahrung mit Prozessleitsystemen wie ABB oder DeltaV
- Kenntnisse in GMP-Dokumentation, Abweichungsmanagement, CAPA und Change Control von Vorteil
Fachwissen
- Erfahrung mit Zellkultur, Inokulation, Fermentation, Single-Use-Technologien (Wave & SUB), Zentrifugation und Tiefenfiltration
- Gute Kenntnisse von cGMP- und EHS-Anforderungen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse ab B2 wünschenswert

Senior Production Associate Upstream (m/f/d)
Your Mission
As a Senior Production Associate Upstream, you will support the Shift Lead in managing daily manufacturing operations and act as their technical deputy when required. You will help coordinate production activities, support manufacturing personnel, and play a key role in achieving quality, safety, and operational performance targets.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing personnel
- Support the planning and execution of manufacturing activities
- Coordinate activities with Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners
- Conduct and support training activities within the production environment
- Prepare and maintain GMP-related documentation
- Support audits, deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting activities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, and EHS requirements
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
- Apprenticeship as a Chemikant, Pharmakant, CTA, BTA, or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong hands-on experience within an Upstream manufacturing environment
- Experience with process control systems such as ABB or DeltaV
- Experience with GMP documentation, deviation management, CAPA, and Change Control is advantageous
Technical Knowledge
- Experience with cell culture, inoculation, fermentation, single-use technologies (Wave & SUB), centrifugation, and depth filtration
- Sound understanding of cGMP and EHS requirements
- Good German language skills required
- English language skills at B2 level or above are desirable
