Role: Transformation & Process Optimization Consultant (IT/TK)
Location: Germany (Frankfurt preferred)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transformation and Process Optimization Consultant to support the analysis, digitalization, automation, and optimization of business processes in large-scale IT and telecommunications (IT/TK) environments. The role focuses on developing business cases, driving transformation initiatives, conducting process analyses, and enabling data-driven decision-making in highly regulated and security-sensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, assess, and optimize business processes within complex IT/TK organizations.
- Develop digitalization, automation, and transformation concepts aligned with business objectives.
- Build business cases for IT, AI, and process improvement initiatives, including ROI, cost-benefit analysis, KPI frameworks, and benefit tracking.
- Conduct process discovery, process mining, and process modeling using BPMN 2.0, Celonis, and related tools.
- Prepare executive decision papers, recommendations, and management presentations.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across technical teams, business functions, operational users, and senior leadership.
- Support transformation and change initiatives, ensuring operational stability and sustainable performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, organizational, and security requirements in process redesign and implementation.
Drive process automation initiatives using platforms such as Celonis, ServiceNow, Camunda, Pegasystems, Symbio, K2, and RPA technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in business process optimization, digital transformation, or IT/TK consulting within large enterprises (>10,000 employees).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in security-critical and highly regulated environments.
- Proven track record in developing business cases and value realization frameworks for IT and AI initiatives.
- Strong expertise in process analysis, process mining, and process modeling (BPMN 2.0, Celonis preferred).
- Hands-on experience delivering large transformation and automation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with executive and C-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in railway, mobility, transportation, or other KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) sectors.
- Direct delivery role in major transformation programs within the last five years.
Experience scaling organizational change and optimization initiatives across large enterprises.
