Rascor Construction Chemicals GmbH is hiring an experienced full-time Technical Field Sales Manager to manage the Southern Germany and Switzerland region. In this position, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality construction chemical products and actively expanding our customer base.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Systematically acquire new customers and manage the existing client base.
- Provide technical advice to clients, planners, and architects on our waterproofing and injection solutions.
- Create proposals and lead price and contract negotiations through to completion.
- Conduct product presentations and on-site visits with clients.
- Monitor market and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Requires a completed technical or commercial degree/diploma (e.g., Civil Engineer, Construction Technician, Business Administration).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the construction or chemical industry.
- A high willingness to travel within the assigned sales region is required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills are essential.
- A valid Class B driver's license is mandatory.
